Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot administration and marketing automation systems.
  • Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, routing, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and partnering with Sales Operations/CRM teams to improve data integrity and lead-to-account processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
  • Experience with data governance, database management, enrichment strategies, and marketing performance reporting.
  • Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with ABM, buying groups, intent data, and modern marketing technology ecosystems is a plus.
  • Experience implementing workflow automation, AI-enabled marketing processes, and scalable operational systems is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the administration, optimization, and governance of the marketing technology ecosystem, including automation platforms, CRM integrations, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Own and continuously improve lead lifecycle management, including scoring, routing, segmentation, and data quality processes.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics that provide actionable insights to marketing and revenue leadership.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, IT, and BI teams to ensure alignment across lead-to-revenue systems, workflows, and data integrity.
  • Drive marketing database strategy, including enrichment, segmentation, compliance, and ongoing data health optimization.
  • Design and implement automation and AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage documentation, governance standards, vendor relationships, and operational processes to ensure long-term scalability and consistency.
