Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Field Marketing or Regional Marketing roles.
- Experience at a major consumer brand (food, beverage, or retail preferred).
- Ability to travel regularly (up to 40%) across assigned region and nationally.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Experience in the QSR space and/or franchise brand experience highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute field marketing strategies to drive guest traffic, trial, and community engagement.
- Develop scalable programs for grand openings, local store marketing, regional campaigns, and community partnerships.
- Use data and analytics to identify high-impact market opportunities and optimize performance across regions.
- Partner with the Brand Marketing and Digital teams to localize national campaigns.
- Build strong relationships with franchisees and provide marketing guidance.
- Manage the field marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI-driven decision-making.
- Lead local community marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and partnerships.
