Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Field Marketing or Regional Marketing roles.
  • Experience at a major consumer brand (food, beverage, or retail preferred).
  • Ability to travel regularly (up to 40%) across assigned region and nationally.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
  • Experience in the QSR space and/or franchise brand experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute field marketing strategies to drive guest traffic, trial, and community engagement.
  • Develop scalable programs for grand openings, local store marketing, regional campaigns, and community partnerships.
  • Use data and analytics to identify high-impact market opportunities and optimize performance across regions.
  • Partner with the Brand Marketing and Digital teams to localize national campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with franchisees and provide marketing guidance.
  • Manage the field marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI-driven decision-making.
  • Lead local community marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and partnerships.
