Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of experience in product education, user assistance, instructional design, or technical communications
- Experience designing AI-enabled education and user assistance experiences
- Proficiency with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and RAG-based retrieval systems
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Experience designing role-based learning programs using adult learning principles and frameworks (ADDIE, SAM)
- Hands-on experience with LMS tools (e.g., Docebo, SAP Litmos), authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate), and video creation tools
Responsibilities
- Lead and define the strategy and roadmap for evolving product education from traditional training and documentation to modern, in-product and self-service experiences
- Drive a shift toward modern learning experiences, including in-product guidance, contextual help, and AI-powered self-service
- Design task-based, workflow-driven learning that enables users to successfully complete key actions in the product
- Partner with Product, UX, and Engineering to drive end-to-end education and user assistance experiences
- Define and implement a scalable self-service learning strategy across Help Center, Knowledge Base, and documentation
- Ensure a unified and seamless learning experience across channels
- Continuously measure and improve learning effectiveness using data and user behavior insights
