Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or launch management in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of executing complex product launches across multiple functions.
- Strong ability to build structure within ambiguous environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for executive audiences.
- Experience building messaging and field-facing enablement assets.
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, GRC, or trust software preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support and drive end-to-end GTM planning and execution for major launches and cross-functional initiatives.
- Act as a product marketing lead across internal teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Build and maintain launch plans, timelines, and readiness criteria.
- Translate product plans into internal narratives and executive-facing communications.
- Improve the NPI process and launch frameworks on a day-to-day basis.
- Contribute to GTM leadership communications regarding launch status, risks, and milestones.
- Produce core internal and external launch assets such as messaging, decks, and briefs.
- Gather field input and stakeholder feedback to sharpen messaging and execution.
