- 2+ years experience successfully leading & managing teams.
- Process-oriented with a track record of building playbooks, SLAs, and QA mechanisms.
- Experience with capacity planning and workload management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude.
- Strong project management skills with ability to multitask.
- Creative, analytical, and execution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of 10-12 Specialists.
- Set goals, run weekly 1:1s, and conduct QA reviews of campaign calendars and copy.
- Establish coaching rhythms and career development paths for team members.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer escalations.
- Implement QA checklists and review cycles to ensure compliance with brand and legal standards.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to scale the team.
- Uncover and create opportunities to drive customer growth through business reviews.
