  • Creative, analytical, and execution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically.

Responsibilities

  • Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of 10-12 Specialists.
  • Set goals, run weekly 1:1s, and conduct QA reviews of campaign calendars and copy.
  • Establish coaching rhythms and career development paths for team members.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer escalations.
  • Implement QA checklists and review cycles to ensure compliance with brand and legal standards.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to scale the team.
  • Uncover and create opportunities to drive customer growth through business reviews.
