  • Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong and efficient verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

  • Field inbound leads from businesses and organizations.
  • Partner with employers, non-profits, universities, government agencies, and organizations.
  • Lead sales initiatives using diverse outbound communication modalities.
  • Manage and maintain sales funnel using CRM and sales enablement systems.
  • Gain deep client insight and work cross-functionally to provide solutions.
  • Own KPIs and present sales funnel data to senior leadership.
  • Maintain account ownership and provide high-quality client support.
