Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Account Executive roles.
  • 1–2 years of people management experience leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through enterprise expansion and account planning.
  • Experience building scalable sales motions, playbooks, and enablement processes.
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities to improve AE performance.
  • Executive presence with confidence leading strategic customer conversations and C-level discussions.
  • Strong operational and analytical mindset with proficiency in HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
  • Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a scalable and repeatable enterprise sales motion through clear playbooks, stronger AE enablement, and structured knowledge sharing.
  • Drive account prioritization and segmentation to execute against high-value enterprise opportunities.
  • Improve onboarding and ramp-up effectiveness for new sales team members.
  • Strengthen cross-functional GTM alignment across Sales, RevOps, Marketing, PMM, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Support expansion and retention by enabling collaboration between Sales and Customer Success.
  • Ensure the team effectively communicates LocalStack’s value proposition and technical concepts.
  • Scale enterprise business through larger ACV deals and expansion opportunities.
