- Experience in venture-backed health technology start-ups.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to work remotely and communicate asynchronously.
- Proficiency in ATS systems and sourcing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead full cycle recruitment for maternal health and lactation consultant certified providers.
- Develop and maintain sustainable recruitment pipelines through proactive outreach.
- Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Ensure recruitment compliance with EEO and Workforce Commission standards.
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records.
- Prepare reports, support audits, and update HR policies.
- Assist with new provider credentialing documentation.
- Collaborate with RCM Manager and credentialing team on carrier contracts.
- Maintain employee and provider insurance policy records.
