- Experience with high-volume structured interviews
- Experience in university recruiting, campus hiring, or fellowship/cohort selection
- Experience managing candidate pipelines in an ATS, ideally Greenhouse
- Ability to work with structured rubrics and calibration standards
- Commitment to equity in hiring and structured processes
- Ability to work alongside AI tools while applying human judgment
Responsibilities
- Review written applications against a structured rubric
- Conduct 30-minute structured interviews focused on six competencies
- Manage assigned candidates end-to-end in Greenhouse
- Handle scheduling exceptions and process management
- Monitor take-home completion deadlines
- Participate in team calibration syncs
- Refine rubrics and processes between screening waves
