- Familiarity with at least one modern ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever)
- Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain systems
Responsibilities
- Source passive candidates through tailored outreach
- Manage inbound applications via LinkedIn, Indeed, and Ashby
- Run first-round phone or video screens using structured rubrics
- Track recruiting metrics including source, time-to-screen, and pass-through rates
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain a warm bench of candidates for future openings
