- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards) and online collaboration tools.
Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates across various industries and roles.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and candidate presentation to clients.
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure a perfect match with client needs.
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients to offer recruitment solutions.
- Pitch recruitment services to new businesses and secure exclusive recruitment agreements.
- Build strategic partnerships with organisations and industry networks.
- Operate autonomously as a remote consultant, managing your own schedule and tasks.
