  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards) and online collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates across various industries and roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and candidate presentation to clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure a perfect match with client needs.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Proactively identify and approach potential clients to offer recruitment solutions.
  • Pitch recruitment services to new businesses and secure exclusive recruitment agreements.
  • Build strategic partnerships with organisations and industry networks.
  • Operate autonomously as a remote consultant, managing your own schedule and tasks.
