Responsibilities
- Own net-new customer education work from concept through publication
- Define goals, gather SME input, design, and build learning assets
- Refresh and improve existing Academy content
- Translate complex product workflows into clear, outcome-oriented education
- Partner cross-functionally with CS, Product, PMM, and RecOps Consultants
- Contribute to systems, standards, and workflows for scaling education
- Explore adjacent formats like tutorials and in-app guidance
