Senior VHA Program Analyst - Facilities Engineering

Serve as the Contractor’s lead for assigned HEFP program areas.
Formulate and enforce work standards and assign contractor schedules.
Supervise contractor personnel and communicate organizational goals.
Support on-boarding of contract staff.
Liaise with COR, technical representative, and CO regarding contract issues.
Lead senior management briefings and provide expertise in VHA capital/project management.
Coordinate identification of risk and variance to HEFP Program Engineers.
Track and manage project execution milestones.
Oversee contract performance and identify program improvement opportunities.
