Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in a relevant medical, engineering or science discipline with 15 years experience
- Master of Science degree with 10 years of program management experience
- 5 years VA program management experience with 10 years total experience
- PMP certification highly preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Contractor’s lead for assigned HEFP program areas.
- Formulate and enforce work standards and assign contractor schedules.
- Supervise contractor personnel and communicate organizational goals.
- Support on-boarding of contract staff.
- Liaise with COR, technical representative, and CO regarding contract issues.
- Lead senior management briefings and provide expertise in VHA capital/project management.
- Coordinate identification of risk and variance to HEFP Program Engineers.
- Track and manage project execution milestones.
- Oversee contract performance and identify program improvement opportunities.
