Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in business operations, program/project management, or operational excellence.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to facilitate alignment across teams and influence outcomes without authority.
- Experience using AI to improve workflows and solution design.
- Comfortable working with operational metrics and reporting tools (e.g., Sigma, Zendesk, Google Sheets).
- Effective async communication skills.
- Ability to self-direct with high ownership.
- Track record of improving systems and processes.
- Strong judgment about trade-offs and risk.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to execution.
- Identify systemic operational gaps across EOR domains.
- Drive cross-domain visibility and alignment across EOR Operations.
- Identify and implement AI-enabled improvements to operating mechanisms.
- Facilitate prioritization and sequencing for cross-functional work.
- Own recurring reporting inputs and convert insights into recommendations.
- Establish and improve EOR-wide operating mechanisms and SOP patterns.
- Support audit and compliance program management.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Customer Success, and Finance.
