Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Sales Operations.
- Strong analytics experience for business strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel including complex modeling.
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and object relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Math, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field.
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable narratives for non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a team, self-driven, and motivated.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and Magic Number.
- Build and refine financial models to analyze revenue, pricing, and sales productivity.
- Drive the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process with the VP of Finance.
- Analyze deal profitability and non-standard contract terms as a financial partner to Sales.
- Analyze ROI of sales compensation plans.
- Conduct ad-hoc deep-dive analyses on business questions for executive decision-making.
- Spearhead integration between Salesforce and financial systems.
- Define and implement data quality controls for sales and revenue data.
- Develop SOPs to move reporting to automated frameworks.
