Requirements
- 6+ years of digital marketing experience
- Preference for experience across Meta, Google, TikTok and other digital platforms
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools
- Strong communications skills with ability to build trust within cross-functional relationships
- Self-motivated professional
- Natural problem solver with intuition to operate autonomously
- Detail-oriented, highly motivated, self-starter
- Highly detailed and able to juggle multiple tasks

Responsibilities
- Manage, traffic and implement campaigns across digital advertising channels, including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, Google, Bing and Snapchat
- Collaborate with Creative, International, Brand and Retail teams to execute seasonal campaigns and product launches on digital advertising channels
- Serve as primary digital marketing owner for all product launches, working cross-functionally with agency, product, PMO and creative teams
- Direct agency partner on day-to-day executional needs and inspire strategic and operational excellence
- Partner with department leadership and agency to improve paid media performance through regimented learning agenda
- Oversee both strategy and execution for Project Cyclone and Sapphire creative workstreams
- Track and communicate product updates with the broader marketing team
- Manage the TikTok Shop program to grow GMV month-over-month
- Cross-share learnings and ideas with other team members to help drive results in other channels
- Build and manage relationships with platform partners and external vendors
