Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle closing experience in B2B healthcare SaaS
  • Experience selling to specialty physician practices
  • Track record of exceeding quota on six-figure ACV deals
  • Experience with multi-stakeholder deals with 3–6 month cycles
  • Excellent discovery and demo skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% for client on-sites and industry conferences

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound and SDR-sourced pipeline through discovery, demos, pilots, security review, and close.
  • Sell to practice administrators, COOs, CFOs, and clinical leaders and build multi-threaded champion networks.
  • Lead discovery on call volume, scheduling workflows, and staffing pain.
  • Quantify the ROI for each practice.
  • Deliver demos showing live agent functionality.
  • Partner with implementation for smooth handoffs.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy in HubSpot.
  • Help shape the enterprise playbook and mentor future AEs.
