Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle closing experience in B2B healthcare SaaS
- Experience selling to specialty physician practices
- Track record of exceeding quota on six-figure ACV deals
- Experience with multi-stakeholder deals with 3–6 month cycles
- Excellent discovery and demo skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to travel approximately 30% for client on-sites and industry conferences
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound and SDR-sourced pipeline through discovery, demos, pilots, security review, and close.
- Sell to practice administrators, COOs, CFOs, and clinical leaders and build multi-threaded champion networks.
- Lead discovery on call volume, scheduling workflows, and staffing pain.
- Quantify the ROI for each practice.
- Deliver demos showing live agent functionality.
- Partner with implementation for smooth handoffs.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy in HubSpot.
- Help shape the enterprise playbook and mentor future AEs.
