Manage and develop a team of Supplier Quality Engineers (SQEs).
Own the end-to-end Supplier Quality program, including onboarding and performance monitoring.

Manage internal and external audits to ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
Establish and lead a comprehensive Safety Management Program across US and Mexico facilities.
