Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, professional training, and experience.
- Strong working experience using SharePoint for page development, document management, and collaboration.
- 2–4 years of experience in a training, learning operations, or administrative support role.
- Experience supporting learning platforms (e.g., SharePoint, LMS, document repositories).
- Exposure to clinical research, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments.
- Microsoft 365 experience.
- Ability to organize complex content in a structured, user‑friendly manner.
- High attention to detail with strong version control and documentation discipline.
- Ability to follow defined processes, standards, and governance requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑service mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Able to communicate effectively in the English language.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, optimize, and govern training content on SharePoint and learning platforms.
- Partner with L&D team members and subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Ensure training materials are accurate, current, organized, and accessible.
- Support SharePoint optimization and platform development.
- Coordinate and execute administrative training activities.
- Enable effective onboarding and ongoing role-based learning.
