Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, professional training, and experience.
  • Strong working experience using SharePoint for page development, document management, and collaboration.
  • 2–4 years of experience in a training, learning operations, or administrative support role.
  • Experience supporting learning platforms (e.g., SharePoint, LMS, document repositories).
  • Exposure to clinical research, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments.
  • Microsoft 365 experience.
  • Ability to organize complex content in a structured, user‑friendly manner.
  • High attention to detail with strong version control and documentation discipline.
  • Ability to follow defined processes, standards, and governance requirements.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑service mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively in the English language.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, optimize, and govern training content on SharePoint and learning platforms.
  • Partner with L&D team members and subject matter experts (SMEs).
  • Ensure training materials are accurate, current, organized, and accessible.
  • Support SharePoint optimization and platform development.
  • Coordinate and execute administrative training activities.
  • Enable effective onboarding and ongoing role-based learning.
