Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in a training, learning operations, or administrative support role.
- Strong working experience using SharePoint for page development and document management.
- Experience supporting learning platforms (e.g., LMS, document repositories).
- Exposure to clinical research, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environments.
- Microsoft 365 experience.
- High attention to detail with strong version control and documentation discipline.
- Ability to follow defined processes, standards, and governance requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective English language communication.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, optimize, and govern training content on SharePoint and learning platforms.
- Partner with L&D team members and SMEs to ensure content accuracy and organization.
- Support SharePoint platform refinement and development.
- Assist in training development and coordination.
- Execute administrative activities for onboarding and role-based learning.
