Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2–4 years of experience in training, learning operations, or administrative support
- Strong working experience using SharePoint for page development and document management
- Experience supporting learning platforms such as LMS or document repositories
- Exposure to clinical research, healthcare, pharma, biotech, or CRO environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- High attention to detail with strong version control discipline
Responsibilities
- Maintain, optimize, and govern training content on SharePoint and learning platforms
- Partner with L&D team and SMEs to ensure training materials are accurate and accessible
- Support platform optimization specifically for SharePoint
- Execute training development and coordination activities
- Support administrative tasks related to onboarding and role-based learning
