Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, ideally at the enterprise level.
- Strong preference for experience working with HR, Education, or similar systems.
- Experience managing client relationships and high-stakes, high-visibility projects.
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Salesforce, Harvest, or other project/resource management platforms.
- Strong understanding of platform architecture and integration best practices.
- Strong understanding of implementation best practices and project management methodology.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to lead without authority.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple implementation projects simultaneously from kickoff through delivery.
- Manage end-to-end technical projects requiring cross-functional alignment.
- Drive project quality by establishing clear plans and mitigating risks.
- Coordinate internal and client-facing resources to achieve business outcomes.
- Guide clients through technical decisions including integrations and data structures.
- Document and share best practices to support delivery excellence.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and ensure smooth transitions to Customer Success.
- Own project-related communication with internal and external stakeholders.
