Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projects in a client-facing environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Experience with Agile principles and Scrum methodology.
- Competency in project management processes (planning, scope, budget, risk, monitoring).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of advanced ERP and CRM solutions in SaaS or PCS environments.
- Drive implementations based on project roadmaps and milestones.
- Manage resources and multiple concurrent projects.
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies including planning, review, demo, and retrospectives.
- Maintain project metrics and monitor scope and budget.
- Identify and resolve risks, issues, and blockers.
- Provide team guidance, coaching, and support.
- Maintain alignment on project objectives with internal and client teams.
