Responsibilities
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Assign appropriate resources to the project plan
- Manage project budget and resource allocation
- Maintain project issue and risk logs
- Facilitate weekly project status calls with customers
- Provide monthly status reports to stakeholders
- Coordinate transitions from sales to services and then to customer success
- Monitor and trigger appropriate billing milestones
