- Technical knowledge of API integrations and middleware.
- Excellent customer-facing verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales team in creating compelling, tailored solutions for prospective customers.
- Own internal solution creation and demo construction processes.
- Act as project manager and cross-functional coordinator for software configuration specifications.
- Manage multiple concurrent implementations.
- Prepare and give technical presentations to explain products and services.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure product meets customer requirements.
- Maintain expert-level product knowledge and iterate on internal implementation processes.
