- Proficient in leveraging modern technology and CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Responsibilities
- Initiate high-volume outbound cold/warm calls and respond to inbound inquiries to identify and qualify opportunities.
- Educate prospective clients on the program, handle objections, and drive conversions.
- Ensure timely follow-up with all leads to build trust and maximize conversion.
- Assist prospects with platform navigation and troubleshooting.
- Accurately record and maintain prospect data and call notes in CRM.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs and pipeline targets.
- Distribute educational and marketing materials via digital channels.
- Stay informed on industry trends and product updates.
