Responsibilities

  • Initiate high-volume outbound cold/warm calls and respond to inbound inquiries to identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Educate prospective clients on the program, handle objections, and drive conversions.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with all leads to build trust and maximize conversion.
  • Assist prospects with platform navigation and troubleshooting.
  • Accurately record and maintain prospect data and call notes in CRM.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs and pipeline targets.
  • Distribute educational and marketing materials via digital channels.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and product updates.
