Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, developer relations, entrepreneurship, or similar roles.
  • Strong ability to communicate with technical audiences including developers, engineers, and startup founders.
  • Comfortable working in AI/tech environments and using AI tools as part of daily workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a clear, concise, and professional style.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong autonomy, ownership, and execution capability.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sales tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-moving, early-stage environments.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage qualified sales pipeline across AI startups, enterprises, and developer communities.
  • Handle inbound leads through chat, email, and platform interactions while identifying high-value opportunities.
  • Execute outbound outreach campaigns using tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Reply.io, and automation workflows.
  • Re-engage existing users, sign-ups, and subscribers to drive activation and conversion.
  • Coordinate discovery calls, partner conversations, and meetings with leadership and technical stakeholders.
  • Track CRM data, pipeline metrics, and prepare regular performance reporting.
  • Contribute to go-to-market experimentation, event participation, and partnership development initiatives.
