- Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior accounting and finance roles, including Controllers and leadership positions
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-performing accounting talent
- Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for executive-level candidates
- Provide market insights and talent data to stakeholders
