Requirements

- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in a remote environment with strong self-management, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools for pipeline management and reporting.
- Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings, events, or conferences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound and inbound strategies to generate new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Identify, prospect, and engage healthcare organizations through cold outreach, email campaigns, networking, referrals, and social selling techniques.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including healthcare executives, practice managers, and administrative leaders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and contract closing.
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings to assess client needs and position tailored staffing solutions effectively.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date pipeline using CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of activities and performance metrics.
- Achieve or exceed defined revenue, activity, and business development targets.
- Stay informed on healthcare staffing trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to refine sales strategies.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and events to generate leads and strengthen market presence.
