Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations in an Enterprise SaaS/B2B company
- Deep expertise in CPQ quoting
- Strong Salesforce proficiency as a power user
- Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes, revenue recognition principles, and order management
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume Deal Desk queue
- Familiarity with ticketing and knowledge base tools such as Notion and Jira/Atlassian
- Strong automation and AI capabilities
- Writes and speaks fluent English
Responsibilities
- Own complex, non-standard deals end-to-end
- Serve as the primary escalation point for Deal Desk Associates
- Apply commercial judgment on discount approvals and pricing exceptions
- Build and maintain complex quotes in CPQ
- Own and govern the Closed Won process
- Monitor and manage the Deal Desk case queue
- Deliver enablement sessions for Sales reps
- Participate in deal reviews
- Work with Finance and Legal on non-standard contract terms
- Support month-end and quarter-end close operations
