Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Finance within enterprise B2B SaaS, cloud, or technology environments.
- Strong expertise in enterprise pricing strategy, contract structuring, discount governance, and multi-year or multi-product deal design.
- Proven experience supporting complex enterprise deals involving multi-stakeholder buying committees and C-level engagement.
- Hands-on experience with CPQ tools (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Conga/Apttus, Oracle CPQ) and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and business judgment skills, with the ability to balance speed, risk, and commercial integrity in high-pressure deal cycles.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to operate effectively without direct authority.
- Experience working in global environments with exposure to multi-region pricing, compliance, and contracting considerations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end deal lifecycle for enterprise opportunities, supporting Sales with structuring, pricing strategy, and approval workflows while ensuring compliance with commercial policies.
- Act as a strategic commercial partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Executive teams on high-value and non-standard transactions, driving alignment and timely decision-making.
- Develop and continuously refine pricing models, discounting frameworks, and deal governance policies to balance competitiveness with margin protection.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to streamline CPQ systems, automate approval processes, and improve overall sales velocity and operational efficiency.
- Analyze deal trends, pricing patterns, and competitive intelligence to identify risks, revenue leakage, and opportunities for commercial optimization.
- Ensure consistent enforcement of global commercial standards while adapting frameworks for regional and vertical market needs.
