Requirements
- Hands-on expertise with Atlassian cloud products (JIRA, Service Management, Confluence)
- Experience managing equipment and software across a distributed, remote workforce
- Familiarity with security standards and regulations relevant to AI and data privacy
- Ability to provide coverage ahead of the US East Coast time zone
- Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR
- Experience with EDR, MDM, SASE, and DLP technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with Security and IT related Technical Service Desk tickets
- Assist with access control changes, onboarding automation SCIM, and user provisioning / deprovisioning
- Administer and maintain Atlassian cloud products (JIRA, Service Management, Confluence)
- Respond to, and resolve or escalate security incidents and investigations
- Monitor and review SOC and SIEM alerts and network traffic for suspicious activity
- Assist with ensuring the secure and ethical implementation and operation of AI systems
- Develop and maintain documentation for security systems, compliance needs (ISO 27001, SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR)
- Administer endpoint protection and data protection utilizing EDR, MDM, SASE, and DLP
- Perform patching, updates, and vulnerability management
