- Ability to operate from first principles and prioritize iteration over perfection.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to leadership.
- Business partner mindset to influence behavior via data and compensation.
- Hands-on ability to build reports and configure systems.
Responsibilities
- Own pipeline and funnel analysis to identify risks and support forecasting.
- Maintain coverage models and re-evaluate territory segmentation and routing.
- Build reporting infrastructure and repeatable processes to scale RevOps.
- Leverage AI tools to compress insight cycle time and improve process consistency.
- Partner across GTM functions including marketing, finance, and pre/post-sales.
