Requirements

  • Experience in high-growth, high-velocity sales environments (50+ AEs).
  • Experience selling enterprise software at high price points.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Gong.
  • Technical proficiency with analytical tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Omni.
  • Ability to operate from first principles and prioritize iteration over perfection.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to leadership.
  • Business partner mindset to influence behavior via data and compensation.
  • Hands-on ability to build reports and configure systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline and funnel analysis to identify risks and support forecasting.
  • Maintain coverage models and re-evaluate territory segmentation and routing.
  • Build reporting infrastructure and repeatable processes to scale RevOps.
  • Leverage AI tools to compress insight cycle time and improve process consistency.
  • Partner across GTM functions including marketing, finance, and pre/post-sales.
