Requirements
- Experience in high-growth, high-velocity sales environments.
- Experience with 50+ AEs at a company selling enterprise software.
- Ability to think from first principles and test hypotheses.
- Bias toward iteration over perfection.
- Hands-on experience building reports, writing queries, and configuring systems.
- Proficiency with Snowflake, dbt, Omni, Salesforce, and Gong.
- Experience using data, compensation, and visibility to change behavior.
- Clear and direct communication skills.
- Empathy for sellers; quota-carrying experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own pipeline and funnel analysis with a bias toward action.
- Support the weekly forecast with bottoms-up rigor and surface risk.
- Maintain coverage models, balance books of business, and reassess segmentation.
- Develop dashboards, models, and repeatable processes to scale RevOps.
- Build capably with AI tools to compress insight cycle time.
- Partner across marketing, finance, pre-sales, post-sales, and the executive team.
- Coordinate staffing and efforts across sales, lead generation, sales engineering, and post-sales.
