Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or CRM Administration
- Experience working within Salesforce
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures, reporting, and workflow management
- Experience managing data quality, deduplication, enrichment, and user support processes
- Experience supporting business users and documenting requirements
- Experience participating in system testing or UAT
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary resource for day-to-day support of Salesforce and related go-to-market technologies
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system, process, and data issues
- Execute user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system enhancements
- Manage and resolve support tickets
- Monitor CRM data quality and manage duplicate records, account ownership, and territory assignments
- Document business processes, system configurations, and operational procedures
- Support reporting and analysis related to territories, account assignments, and pipeline hygiene
