Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, data analytics, and/or finance/business operations.
  • Experience supporting GTM organizations in SaaS markets selling B2B.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience preferred.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to build infrastructure as an individual contributor while managing outsourced resources.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in creating effective written and visual teaching materials.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales, Product, Account Management, Customer Experience, and Marketing on the design and execution of GTM strategy.
  • Build and own a world-class revenue operations function.
  • Manage revenue operations for the entire customer lifecycle, including pre and post-sales reporting and analytics.
  • Drive accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Lead initiatives to drive revenue growth and retention tied to OKRs and KPIs.
  • Assist with pricing, quota setting, sales rules of engagement, deal desk, and commissions.
  • Leverage and manage the sales tech stack to automate systems and improve efficiencies.
  • Develop performance measurement programs and data reporting tools.
