Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, data analytics, and/or finance/business operations.
- Experience supporting GTM organizations in SaaS markets selling B2B.
- Track record of consistently exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- 5+ years of leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Ability to build infrastructure as an individual contributor while managing outsourced resources.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating effective written and visual teaching materials.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Product, Account Management, Customer Experience, and Marketing on the design and execution of GTM strategy.
- Build and own a world-class revenue operations function.
- Manage revenue operations for the entire customer lifecycle, including pre and post-sales reporting and analytics.
- Drive accurate revenue forecasting.
- Lead initiatives to drive revenue growth and retention tied to OKRs and KPIs.
- Assist with pricing, quota setting, sales rules of engagement, deal desk, and commissions.
- Leverage and manage the sales tech stack to automate systems and improve efficiencies.
- Develop performance measurement programs and data reporting tools.
