- Lead end-to-end HRIS integration setup, including data mapping, configuration, testing, and validation.
- Configure and troubleshoot integrations for platforms like Workday, Paycom, UKG, Paylocity, BambooHR, and ADP.
- Manage SSO setups, including SAML and OAuth, and guide customer IT teams through configuration and testing.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert during customer onboarding and provide dashboard demos.
- Support legacy customers with post-onboarding integration needs and system troubleshooting.
- Create and maintain internal documentation, integration guides, SOPs, and technical troubleshooting resources.
- Partner with Sales and EPD teams to verify feasibility, escalate technical issues, and improve integration processes.
