HRIS Integration Specialist

Lead end-to-end HRIS integration setup, including data mapping, configuration, testing, and validation.
Configure and troubleshoot integrations for platforms like Workday, Paycom, UKG, Paylocity, BambooHR, and ADP.
Manage SSO setups, including SAML and OAuth, and guide customer IT teams through configuration and testing.
Serve as the technical subject matter expert during customer onboarding and provide dashboard demos.
Support legacy customers with post-onboarding integration needs and system troubleshooting.
Create and maintain internal documentation, integration guides, SOPs, and technical troubleshooting resources.
Partner with Sales and EPD teams to verify feasibility, escalate technical issues, and improve integration processes.
