- Support planning and execution of Sparrow’s hosted and sponsored B2B marketing events, including webinars, executive dinners, tradeshows, and conferences.
- Manage event logistics from start to finish, including venue and vendor coordination, asset and swag management, shipping, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up.
- Coordinate cross-functional and external partners to align timelines, creative deliverables, and campaign execution.
- Assist with pre- and post-event marketing efforts, including promotional campaigns, social media, email communications, and lead follow-up to drive engagement and sales enablement.
- Track event budgets, timelines, and documentation; maintain organized records including contracts, materials, and post-event reports.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to monitor performance, manage attendee data, and report on goals using tools such as Salesforce.
- Research and evaluate new event opportunities to inform future planning and continuously improve event strategy and ROI.
