Responsibilities

  • Act as point of contact for Workday evaluations and KPI updates
  • Track medical leaves, time-off requests, and leaver alerts
  • Conduct monthly and bi-weekly payroll and hours audits
  • Coordinate hardware needs and schedule regional inductions for new hires
  • Manage project hardware matrix and document freelancer equipment
  • Execute offboarding and exit management tasks
  • Ensure regional legal compliance
