Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, or HR Systems roles within fast-scaling, technology-driven organizations
- Proven experience owning HR systems, HRIS platforms, and integrated people tech stacks
- Strong background in HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
- Experience designing and improving HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including performance management and compliance
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with a builder mindset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Experience driving organizational change and improving adoption of systems and processes
- Strong understanding of HR compliance requirements and operational risk management
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a small, high-impact team environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and build the HR Operations and People Systems function, defining scalable processes, frameworks, and operational standards
- Own and optimize the HR technology ecosystem, including system selection, configuration, integration, and continuous improvement
- Design and deliver people analytics, dashboards, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Develop and continuously improve core HR processes including onboarding, performance management, employee lifecycle operations, and compliance workflows
- Drive automation and operational efficiency initiatives using technology, data, and AI-enabled solutions
- Partner closely with leadership, People teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to align HR operations with business strategy
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and maintain accurate employee data, records, and reporting standards
- Lead change management efforts, including communication, documentation, and adoption of new HR systems and processes
- Support employee engagement, learning, and development initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness
