Responsibilities
- Manage all HR Systems and define requirements for the People tech stack.
- Build a full suite of reports and dashboards using analytical capabilities.
- Drive continuous process improvement and challenge the status quo.
- Create and operationalize performance review processes and talent development frameworks.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, knowledge base development, and L&D programs.
- Partner with the Product team to distill observations into tangible feedback.
- Involve in early deployment and testing of new features.
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Lead automation, AI deployment, and initiatives to ensure operational efficiency.
