Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage all HR Systems and define requirements for the People tech stack.
  • Build a full suite of reports and dashboards using analytical capabilities.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and challenge the status quo.
  • Create and operationalize performance review processes and talent development frameworks.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, knowledge base development, and L&D programs.
  • Partner with the Product team to distill observations into tangible feedback.
  • Involve in early deployment and testing of new features.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices comply with all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Lead automation, AI deployment, and initiatives to ensure operational efficiency.
