Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or a similar analytical finance role
- Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience managing budgets, forecasting processes, or expense tracking
- Hands-on experience with financial planning tools such as Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics such as ARR, NRR, churn, bookings, and revenue recognition
- Experience working with data tools such as Salesforce, Looker, NetSuite, or similar systems; SQL exposure is a plus
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready insights
- Strong communication skills with confidence presenting to cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain driver-based financial models and scenario analyses to support annual planning, forecasting, and long-range strategic decisions
- Own and optimize financial planning infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy, model integrity, and reliable forecasting outputs
- Serve as the primary finance partner for non-headcount and operational expense management
- Develop executive-ready reporting and insights for monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reviews
- Improve and automate KPI dashboards and reporting tools
- Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance teams to evaluate initiatives and define key metrics
- Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support strategic growth and efficiency
- Identify automation opportunities and enhance data processes
