Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience managing budgeting or expense tracking.
- Hands-on experience with financial planning platforms (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights).
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of SaaS/GTM metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, etc.).
- Experience working with operational data sources (e.g., Salesforce, Looker, NetSuite).
- SQL familiarity is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build driver-based financial models and scenario analyses for planning and forecasting.
- Own and maintain financial planning infrastructure in Pigment.
- Serve as primary finance partner for non-headcount expense management.
- Analyze functional performance and prepare executive-ready insights.
- Improve and automate KPI reporting using tools such as Equals, Google Sheets, and Looker.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define metrics and build business cases.
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support growth and efficiency initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes and leverage new technologies.
