Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction services.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience building driver-based and scenario financial models.
- Experience analyzing margins, unit economics, cost-to-serve, or project-based profitability.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, or similar.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to bridge detailed data and business insights.
- Excellent communication skills for operational stakeholders.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI is highly desirable.
- Exposure to renewable energy, field services, logistics, or performance-based models is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly gross margin analysis across field services, hardware, and performance-based payouts.
- Investigate forecast vs. actual variances and identify root causes.
- Build and maintain driver-based financial models including reserves and sensitivity analyses.
- Partner with Operations leaders to analyze technician productivity and service delivery economics.
- Develop and track operational KPIs to improve margin performance.
- Support Board-level and Quarterly Business Review materials.
- Ensure alignment between operational systems and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with Accounting on job costs and performance reserves.
- Improve financial reporting processes and analytical frameworks.
- Perform ad hoc financial and operational analyses.
