Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science or applicable experience.
- 3-5 years of software development experience on server-side applications.
- Strong experience with API servers, third-party integrations, and data processing.
- Proficiency in a compiled language such as GoLang or Java.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
- Experience with Agentic Frameworks, MCP, and LLM APIs (Anthropic/OpenAI).
- Familiarity with Prompt Engineering and Evals.
- Working knowledge of GraphQL APIs, CI/CD, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to work effectively within a distributed team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain product features using Golang, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, GraphQL, and SQL.
- Collaborate on technical design and scoping with stakeholders.
- Implement 'safety rails' to manage and validate stochastic AI model outputs.
- Apply software development best practices, testing, and automation.
- Utilize AWS infrastructure including Lambda, Managed Kafka, and EKS.
- Support production through bug triage and root cause analysis.
- Foster a collaborative culture through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
