Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years building software, automation, or internal tooling.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude Code, Copilot, or Cursor.
- Experience building on top of LLM APIs using tool/function calling, agents, prompt/context engineering, RAG, and MCP patterns.
- Experience connecting APIs, automations, and integrations across SaaS systems like Slack, Google Workspace, GitHub, and Linear.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, with strong preference for Go or Python.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, globally distributed team.
Responsibilities
- Run listening tours and assessments across functions to identify high-leverage AI opportunities.
- Take prioritized use cases from idea to working prototype.
- Partner with functional owners, AI Enablement Council, and AI Ambassadors to understand workflow needs.
- Build and test using approved tools and established Legal and Security review pathways.
- Document and share work through Builder Hours, demos, and showcases.
- Model responsible, high-quality AI building for team hand-off.
