Requirements
- Extensive experience in Java, Go, or Python.
- Experience building complex, distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience deploying ML models in production.
- Experience building with LLMs including LangChain and RAG architectures.
- Experience with enterprise software integration (e.g., Salesforce Apex/LWC).
- Ability to design event-driven architectures.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Responsibilities
- Architect and code high-performance backend services and ML pipelines.
- Build and prototype new internal products leveraging LLMs and Agentic AI.
- Design and implement ML models for real-time recommendations.
- Develop backend connectivity between quoting engines, Salesforce, and data lakes.
- Solve complex synchronization and architectural challenges across GTM stacks.
- Mentor SE1-SE3 engineers through code reviews and best practices.
- Deliver production-ready code with deep observability.
