Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Experience with databases, data platforms, or large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven ability to design and run cloud services at scale with high availability (3–4 9s).
- Experience with AI/ML systems or integrating LLMs into production environments.
- Expert backend development experience in languages such as Python, Golang, Java, or Rust.
- Deep familiarity with AWS; GCP or Azure experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated technical leadership skills including shaping architecture and guiding teams.
- Mindset for velocity with engineering rigor.
Responsibilities
- Design and own critical services with hands-on development for robustness, scalability, and production readiness.
- Lead high-impact architectural decisions to achieve 3-4 9s availability.
- Develop distributed cloud infrastructure and AI-driven features including retrieval, memory, and agent orchestration.
- Collaborate with product and leadership teams to translate ideas into production-grade systems.
- Act as a technical leader by mentoring engineers and driving engineering culture.
- Contribute to the overall engineering strategy and technical vision.
