Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience leading a team of BDRs
  • Experience with funnel management across inbound, outbound, upsell, and new business
  • Hands-on enablement experience in onboarding and developing teams
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead gen tools
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach
  • Proven experience in recruiting and training talent
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
  • Experience prospecting or selling into Enterprise accounts

Responsibilities

  • Build out the BDR function through hiring and onboarding
  • Develop team skills for outbound prospecting and qualification
  • Provide ongoing coaching via weekly 1:1s
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen to provide feedback on MQLs and campaigns
  • Work with Sales to refine outbounding strategies and hand-off processes
  • Align with internal stakeholders on account coverage and target personas
  • Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance
  • Monitor team KPIs to drive productivity
