Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading a team of BDRs
- Experience with funnel management across inbound, outbound, upsell, and new business
- Hands-on enablement experience in onboarding and developing teams
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead gen tools
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach
- Proven experience in recruiting and training talent
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
- Experience prospecting or selling into Enterprise accounts
Responsibilities
- Build out the BDR function through hiring and onboarding
- Develop team skills for outbound prospecting and qualification
- Provide ongoing coaching via weekly 1:1s
- Collaborate with Demand Gen to provide feedback on MQLs and campaigns
- Work with Sales to refine outbounding strategies and hand-off processes
- Align with internal stakeholders on account coverage and target personas
- Forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance
- Monitor team KPIs to drive productivity
