Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in an IT services firm focused on B2B Outbound sales.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proficiency in AI tools and ability to learn new ways to execute with AI.
  • Experience with international markets (US, Middle East, Europe).
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence C-level executives.
  • Proficient in Google Docs, Spreadsheet, and Slides/PowerPoint software.
  • Understanding of government and enterprise procurement cycles.
  • Proven ability to position services against competitors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • MBA from a reputed institution (nice to have).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities in the global market.
  • Generate leads based on recent intent buying signals and manage the lead pipeline.
  • Develop and implement outbound sales strategies targeting key industries and markets.
  • Qualify, segment, and prioritize outbound leads using structured frameworks.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor pitches and presentations.
  • Integrate AI-driven insights into outbound messaging and campaigns.
  • Build and lead a team of outbound sales representatives.
  • Apply to RFIs and RFPs and maintain CRM records.
