Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in an IT services firm focused on B2B Outbound sales.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Proficiency in AI tools and ability to learn new ways to execute with AI.
- Experience with international markets (US, Middle East, Europe).
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence C-level executives.
- Proficient in Google Docs, Spreadsheet, and Slides/PowerPoint software.
- Understanding of government and enterprise procurement cycles.
- Proven ability to position services against competitors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- MBA from a reputed institution (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities in the global market.
- Generate leads based on recent intent buying signals and manage the lead pipeline.
- Develop and implement outbound sales strategies targeting key industries and markets.
- Qualify, segment, and prioritize outbound leads using structured frameworks.
- Manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with prospects.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor pitches and presentations.
- Integrate AI-driven insights into outbound messaging and campaigns.
- Build and lead a team of outbound sales representatives.
- Apply to RFIs and RFPs and maintain CRM records.
